CAReFREE Sunday is an annual event put on by the city of Milwaukie. This event temporarily opens more than five miles of streets to people for the portion of a day by closing them to cars. The result is hundreds of people biking, walking, rolling, and connecting with the community.
This year, the route includes one of the streets alongside the church, and the city has asked us to be involved! So, instead of our normal Sunday services, we will be holding a special Saturday night service (Click HERE for more info), and serving thousands of people in our community on Sunday! We will have a variety of activities including inflatables for the kids, bike obstacle course, skate ramps, live music, free food & drinks and more!
This is going to be a fun activity for all, and we highly encourage you to come and serve and get to know some of our neighbors!
If you would like to help with this event, please contact the church office.
